Process Of Rotational molding

Manually load the polymer powder into the mold and close the mold.
After that, the mold is transferred to the heating furnace. Here, hot air is forced to circulate to heat the mold. When the mold is heated, it rotates simultaneously about two vertical axes. The polymer melts and forms a uniform layer inside the mold.
The mold is transferred to a cooling station where forced air cools the mold.
The mold is opened and the finished product is ejected. Rotational molding does not use the high pressures used in injection molding or blow molding, resulting in a stress-free product with uniform wall thickness.
